What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer private transfers from Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales airports. Please arrange this when booking your stay.
